Shipping Policy:
Prints are packaged in clear, plastic sleeves with acid-free backing and are ready for gifting, propping up on a shelf, or safely transporting until framed. Prints are NOT mounted to the backing. All prints are packaged for shipping in sturdy recycled cardboard and envelopes.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: All prints are shipped via the US Postal Service First Class with Delivery Confirmation. All orders should arrive to US locations within 3-5 business days after shipment.
I will ship all orders with the utmost care, but if you would prefer to pay extra for delivery insurance let me know. Insurance can be purchased and I will mail insured for an additional $2. (Insurance not available for international deliveries)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All international shipments will be shipped First-Class Mail International via USPS. Porcuprints is not responsible for any shipping delays due to customs. Buyer is responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs.
*Porcuprints will not be held accountable for any damage to prints that may occur during shipment or orders lost in the mail. We trust the USPS & Fedex to safely and efficiently deliver your order in great condition and on schedule.
**We are unable to replace any prints damaged during shipment with new copies. In event that your prints are damaged during shipment, please contact USPS immediately to start the process of filing an insurance claim.
